Prioritizing self-care can be really difficult… it often requires setting aside time for ourselves and putting our own needs first. This can be challenging in a society that often prioritizes productivity and external validation. But taking care of ourselves is essential for maintaining our physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Without self-care, it’s so easy to burn out, become over-stressed, or lost in negative thoughts. It’s hard to prioritize self-care because it requires time, energy, and sometimes money but know that self-care can be as simple as having breakfast, journaling, going for a quick walk outside… Self-care practices can help us to recharge and rejuvenate, allow us to be more present, more productive and take on the challenges of life. It has been a long time since I have done an intimate concert like that, and every time I step on the stage, it’s like stepping into an arena, daring greatly by being vulnerable. I felt your love and connections, and for that, I am genuinely grateful 🙏🏻

It's official! "The Alberta Lounge" is coming out on vinyl! 😮 They are currently slated to be delivered between January 12 – February 9, 2023. The test pressing sounds AMAZING!
